Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. A full refund will be initiated.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.

Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Customized/personalized items and items purchased during a clearance sale are also final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Support Email] with clear photographs of the defect and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
